HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Students must successfully earn a minimum of 23 credits to graduate and participate in required state testing. The course credits required to graduate high school include:
English Language Arts - 4 Credits (including: 1 unit of 9th grade Literature and Composition 1 unit of American Literature and Composition or Dramatic Writing)
Math - 4 credits (including Algebra, Geometry and Algebra II and 1 additional unit of Pre-Calc, Calc, or AP)
Science - 4 credits (including Biology; Physical Science or Physics; Chemistry, Environmental Science, Earth Science or an AP Science)
Social studies - 3 credits (including U.S. History, World History, Economics, and Government)
Health and Physical Education - 1 credit (1/2 unit of Health 1/2 unit of Personal Fitness)
Electives: 7 credits (including as 3 CTAE, 2 World Languages, and/or Fine Arts)
